2006 has come to an end and 2007 is here, we wanted to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a Very Happy New Year.

In this issue of newsletter, we will release the result for the best hardware of the year 2006.
CPU – Intel Core 2 Extreme 2.93GHz
This is currently the fastest CPU in the market. Watch out for quad core CPU in this quarter.
Motherboard – ASUS M2N32 SLI Deluxe Wireless edition
This is the top seller of the year. Supporting Dual Core CPU, DDR2 RAM, SATA2 interface, SLI technology and a wireless connection, it is inarguably the most comprehensive motherboard in the market.
RAM – Crucial Ballistix Dual Channel 2048MB PC8000 DDR2
Tough competition in the RAM category, but Crucial come out first with its high performing and stable Ballistix dual channel RAM.
Graphics Card – EVGA GeForce8800 GTX 768MB
If you think your GeForce7950 512MB is the fastest in the market, wait till you see the latest model from EVGA. Boosting a 768MB GDDR3, its GeForce 8800GTX is the fastest out there and comparable to none. No doubt, this is our champion for graphics card category.
Hard Drive – Seagate Barracuda 750GB
You might not have seen it or hear about it, but Seagate Barracuda 750GB is the largest internal hard drive out there. Looking at the speed the hard drive capacity is growing, it will be soon that the 1TB (1000GB) hard drive launch in the market.
Sound card – Creative Labs X-Fi Fatal1ty
This is easy. Creative Labs has been dominating the sound card industry for years and there are not many companies that can match the quality of Creative Labs Sound Card. The Creative Labs Fatal1ty provides a stunning 109db SNR and includes 64MB of onboard X-RAM for high performance gaming.
Disc Burner – Plextor PX-B900A Internal Blu-ray disc burner
Blu-ray technology allows you to store up to 25GB of data on a Blu-ray disc (BD), 4 times larger than a conventional DVD. Plextor launched this disc burner only this summer. Though its price is 4 times the conventional DVD ROM, it still attracts a lot of attention from industry expert.
Monitor – Samsung 19” 2ms LCD
Our champion is Samsung 19” 2ms LCD. Voted from our pool of gamers, when compare this model to other 2ms LCD monitor, Samsung LCD gives a much better performance than the rest.

Being a gamer myself, I have not come across other gaming mouse that offers movement as precise as Logitech G7 Laser gaming mouse. With a 2000dpi and wireless connection, it indeed surpasses all its competitors.
Keyboard – Logitech G15 gaming keyboard
This is not a new model, but until now, there has not been any other keyboard that can match the functionality of this keyboard.
